Full Tonight
There is a beauty in the full moon somehow made to be more prominant as it
"hides" behind the cold winter tree branches. As in other night scenes,
there is an unthreatening glow to its steady yellow light. The title "Full
Tonight" was chosen with a memory in mind. I can recall several times when I
looked up and said to myself "It looks pretty full tonight." Yet when talking
about this with others, I questioned if "we" had the right day for such a
full moon classification. It is always comforting to know the beauty is
there for us to see no matter on which side of full the moon may be on any
one particular night. God knows when it is precisely so. For man however,
this moment is enjoyably longer and often "justifiably full" for more than a
single night.
