A flower in spring can be so busy with activity.  Bees come and go,
their paths criss-crossing as they find one more un-investigated
source of nectar.  Pollen is collected as a result of their search. 
It clings to their bodies and it transferred from flower to flower.
And as they travel to and from the open petaled flowers, this pollen is
deposited in some, falling down into the tunnels that lead to the
ovaries.  My painting tried to capture the source of all this activity,
both in the many lines of flight, but also in the resulting birth at
the very center of such reproductive activity.
