Ran Santa's Run in Glastonbury at noon today. Brent placed 3rd and I placed
4th. Turnout was lower this year than in past years. Weather was nice. Ran
into a few friends I haven't seen in a while.

mildly sore so I just tried to finish without stopping and it seemed

3 miles tonight through town center and back. Left calf slightly more sore
today but not to the point of pulling more. Stayed with it and
finished. Rainy night run. Pace 13:49/m.

Thanks Tracy. Sorry for the late reply. Turns out my boss got Covid last
weekend and I had to take her place in the frame shop to get many custom frame
jobs completed for the holidays. Been crazy busy to prepare stuff for
others to complete today, so I can rest and take care of other stuff.
Won't be running (or walking) it after all.

Managed to get myself to the race. Thanks Lee for the encouraging
text yesterday which I have to say helped a great deal. Had a good run
and connected with some runners and took several pix. A nice lady
named Elizabeth from Arlington took the one of me at the finish.
