I warmed up before meeting them (there) and estimated my pace to be 10:15 / mile. I hooked up with Tony E. (58) who said 9:30 sounded good. We were off and running before I had a chance to think about THAT. Amazingly, I was able to stay with him. We carried on a conversation the whole way back. Good run. There were about 18 of us today.
