A better week with NOT road running and sticking to track workouts
with walking rest intervals between 4 min runs. I tried to aim for a
total weekly mileage (of 13) by running LEVEL 6 and LEVLE 5 workouts
rather than stick to too steep a climb in TWM. Had no knee (or calf)
issues and was able to run a decent pace. Last PT appointment may come
9/6 unless Casey thinks one more visit is needed next week.

MCT - Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 23:27:04 (GMT) (subtract 4 for local time)
Ran Hogsback today with many Brickyarders in attendance. Third half of the
year and my best. Still slow and not like the old days but seeing slow progress.
After my vein ablation legs feel better and running is much easier. Finish
time was 2:45:44 which is a 12:30 pace. Ten years ago I finished in 1:58.
Getting older with several physical issues sure does slow you down.
