Wellcum tah Toby Speak, "da only language yur kat will ever need."

Tobee Speek, tspeek.exe, translates files dat are in English into a fictious language we call "Tobee Speak." Tobee Speek iz lyke English except id replaces certain wurds wid odda wurds. "Dishunary" files (*.dic) are read by da program tah tell id which wurds tah replace and wat tah use az replacements.

Installing Tobee Speak:

Download http://primepuzzle.com/tc/tobee.zip

Create a folder on yur c: drive called c:\tobee.

Unzip tobee.zip into c:\tobee.

Using Tobee Speak:

Create files you wan tah dranzlade into Tobee Speek and save dem in c:\tobee.

Go tah a DOS prompt, navigate tah c:\tobee and typee

c:\tobee>tspeek -v -u filename.typ

Da -v option gives verbose reporting

Da -u option "untranslates" a file. Dat iz, any wurds dat are found tah be Tobee Speek wurds are changed tah their English equivalents.

Note: Summ humans nachurly speek in Tobee Speek. Da -u option helps doz of us hoo dunt.

Examples:

tspeek blissful.txt (produces blissful.tbo w/o verbose reporting)

tspeek -v -u blissful.tbo (produces a new blissful.txt w/ verbose reporting)

tspeek iz much faster (and mowa feature-filled) than its predecessor, tobee.tc, an interpreted program. Id iz written in C and compiled wid CC386 IDE by David Lindauer.
