An elder Cherokee Indian said to his grandson ... 'My son, inside
everyone of us there's a battle between two wolves.

One is evil. It's the wrath, the enviousness, the resentment, the
inferiority, the lies and the ego.

The other is benevolent. It's the joy, the peace, the love, the hope the
humbleness, the kindness, the empathy, the truth.'

The child thought for a bit then asked: 'Grandfather ... which wolf
wins?' He answered, 'the one you feed.'
