I was dissatified with my first puzzle, so I made this one. I used a different cutting template, went back to using so-called number 2 blades made by Rigid and, most importantly, did not use the thick wood. You have to go thru all sorts of contortions to put puzzles made out of 3/8" wood together. At least that's my current experience.
