Results

This was the 20th annual and it was great to be back. I have many friends up here and have run all but two or three of them.

The Start!

My friends Bruce Gould, Candace Dane and Dennis Casey ran the 5 mile, 5 mile and 10 mile respectively.

The 10 mile is two times around the lake and features a pretty steep hill at about 2 miles in. I took a little over 40 minutes on loop one and a little over 45 minutes on the second loop. After you get over the hill you can really run fast downhill for about a mile.

The turnout was down a bit this year so I didn't have much competition.

Linda hung out with Don Osborne and his wife Marilyn Moore. Don will be 91 on Halloween and has run / walked many Echos. He did not walk this year but is going to give it a shot next year!
