Holy crap. According to athlinks.com, I placed 1st in age in 20 out of
24 races so far this year. And, tada, when I saw that it said I placed
1st at Newport (not 2nd and 20 minutes behind some other guy) I checked
the official results and it's true. There must have been an error in the
results they posted on the truck at the race itself. A 1:31 for a 70+
did seem pretty impressive. Not that it's not possible. But it didn't
happen at Newport. Yay!
